A few beautiful things and a change of lifestyle.

So rather lately my taste in things have changed, I used to like H&M a lot but haven't found anything anymore. Then I found myself buying things from Ted Baker and looking at Karen Millen then that escalated quickly to Dolce & Gabbana...
So I thought I'd show what i would love to have. Sugar daddy anyone?
These photos are only a few things of what I would like. I've found that within myself I have been changing for the better and wanting to look better but with good quality things. I only need a few things in life, and not lots of small random pieces of junk or too many clothes that I don't appreciate anymore.
I want to look after my hair and even if that means it need to go to the hair dressers more, or to have a good skincare routine, great but few make up pieces.
All I see is presentation- good: hair, makeup, accessories, clothing, body which then goes onto good health= good life. It all ties into one and I want it all.

Goals List 2016

Goals for 2016...
January is a great time to set aside some time to think of some goals to be done or to stop procrastinating and get them done and get inspired. Go January!
I've had some goals and things that I have wanted to get done or do so I thought I would share them.

- I would like to learn to drive a real car and get my license, preferably before summer... so I can do awesome road trips and never have to rely on someone else to drive me places.

- Learn a new language. I can be a better person and feel happier and smarter knowing I know another language-how awesome is that?! It just has so many benefits. I would love to learn French, German and Italian and Chinese or Japanese but mainly French and German.

-Travel, older people always say they wish they travelled when they were younger. The one thing they tell me is that if they could change what they did when they were younger is that. I want to travel everywhere.

"If travelling was free, you would never see me again."

-Make new friends  and see friends and be social. I need to get out more.

- Try to allow time to film new videos this could be for youtube- try perhaps weekly if I can. Even if they are travel videos, and to start blogging more.

-Be more organised, this explains it all really, but life goes so smoothly is everything is organised.
(Making and planning meals and even shopping for meals, outfits, tidying and cleaning, schedules-gym and work, washing and social life etc)

- Stop procrastinating. This matches along with being organised and my intro, but it feels so good once I've done things. Literally... so good!!

-Save my money. I need to stop shopping and be more frugal in life, I don't need chocolate and expensive bikinis. I'm better off saving for a house, travels or for my future.

- To plan and cook healthy meals, my body is a temple so I must nourish it and glow.

-To workout five times a week and stretch (including yoga and try new sports)

- Write in my journal and diary. This goes along with my healthy eating and and working out part, I want to make my life healthy and happy and I would like to better myself. So I can keep track of my progress and also let out my feelings so I am not whinging and complaining to anyone or on anything and hopefully avoid hurting people if I write in a diary.

-To look after myself and better myself. This goes along also with the pointer I just said (in fact they all kind of intwine together) I'm wanting to be better and grow and learn. Make sure I present well in anything I do whether thats in my work or how I dress or how I present myself.  Always think positively, be brave, be courageous, be elegant and well mannered like some Italians, knowledgable and so it goes on.

A change of lifestyle

The start of a new year and there's a lot of people trying to get fit or dieting- which these only last through January.
I have found myself getting motivated recently, perhaps I'm picking up on other peoples motivation. I am not bothered by New Years resolutions but I do love that each new day means a new fresh start and that you don't have to wait until a new year to try again. A new day is always a fresh start to be trying again.

I find that if you don't give what you have to do to change for better lifestyle much thought or try to think only positive things about it then it makes it easier to start. If you think about how far you have to go and not what you've accomplished then it doesn't help and it just makes everything harder.

'The mind is everything, what you think, you become'- Buddha.

To get started being motivated is the best and first thing you can do. If I'm lacking motivation, I find everything harder.
Things that help motivate me is wearing bright, happy, colourful, cute work out clothes- something that makes you feel powerful when working out. My favourite workout clothes brand is Lorna Jane and also Victoria Secret.

then find helpful is if I have a gym buddie that we can help support each other. We can discuss, help with work out, perhaps even do little competitions- only if it helps.
Seeing as it's the new year I have brought a new diary/planner. In this I write in it everyday writing this such as: what I've done to be active, reflecting, today's events. Positive word of the day and a word if the day I don't know, as well as a quote of the day.
I found that writing in the planner has helped keep me motivated because I've written down good things I've done, good things that have happened and what exercise I did. The positive words and quotes also help to motivate.

Set yourself goals every week but not too hard so they're achievable.
For the first week my goal was to make sure I worked out 6 times that week allowing one day for my body to rest.
Only focusing on the one goal made it a lot achievable and not so overwhelming. Break it down. If you suddenly decide to change lifestyle and cut out junk food and exercise madly your body won't like it, you will crave more junk food than ever before. (Been there and done that) allow one treat a week. Suddenly exercising lots will make you very tired. It's all a lot to do at once.
I think that because it's a lifestyle just change slowly and your more likely to do well.

'Its a lifestyle, not a destination.'

'If you fail to prepare, prepare to fail'

Planning my meals and snacks always, always, always works for me. If I've planned a meal and it's waiting for me I will have it rather than eating a quick fix.
But
If I don't plan or prepare I don't do so well.

Drinking lots of water is another part of life. We must drink. When we think we're thirsty that's when we're already dehydrated.
If you don't like water much try adding lemon to it or drink sparkling water. Smoothies and herbal teas are good too. Don't get fooled though. Regular tea isn't  as good because it has caffeine in it as well as milk.
My personal favourite tea is peppermint tea.

Sleep.
'The best part if sleep is the hours you get before 12'
Personally I think it's better to go to bed earlier and then get up earlier. Get up with the sun. 9.30-10 is a good time allowing for plenty of sleep.

To help get motivated also is to create an Instagram account and follow inspiring people. People with food blogs or exercise blog or positive blogs. My favourites are: @sjanaelise @ jayalvarrez @kaylaitsines @steph_pacca @hannahpolites etc

Create a vision board, find words, quotes , photos anything that you can use to create a vision board. Change it every month.

'A tidy space is a tidy mind'
Looking after yourself isn't just physical is emotional and spiritual too. You need to make sure you are happy which makes everyone else around you happy. Have a spring clean of your environment- oraganize (throw out 90%, most stuff you don't need or use anyway) tidy your area, then clean it. Then write things down get organised. Stop procrastinating.
'Just do it'

Sort out any problems you may have also , any issues with friends or family- reevaluate the issue. Need to go to the doctors, go.
Having a tidy mind makes everything less stressy. Just let it go don't hold into your anger.

I hope this is helpful and anything you want more of let me know or any comments I'd love to hear them.

Bikini care and storage

Bikini care and storage

Looking after bikinis is actually very rewarding. I know too many people that just fling their bikinis onto the floor after use. Some bikinis are pricy and unique- once their gone they're gone.
I'm going to tell you my bikini care tips and how I store them so they keep their youthfulness. 😏

- Once you have soaked the hydrating salty ocean into your soul and bikinis, it's a nice thing to give them a gentle hand wash/ rise with warm water to keep their sparkle. ( I wouldn't ever put a bikini in the washing machine because the sparkle in my bikini would dull and fade away...

- If possible refrain from wringing out your  kini and just squeeze it. Miss kini doesn't like being pulled and ripped.

- 'Yep I'm done for the day' she said taking her bikini off and letting it drop onto the floor walking away. When you get home and take your bikini off don't leave it on the floor (it might just cry) go and give it a hand wash straight away and hand hang out to dry ( bikinis don't like tumble dryers!)

- When coming home from the beach or pool and you've taken your bikini off it's always great to either get a bikini bag, a regular bag or use a towel to protect your bikini and stop water dripping everywhere.

Great bikini storage is to get some dividers that you can find online on amazon for cheap. This helps organise your swimwear between value, colour, what type of swimwear. I have found it very useful since.

I hope you and your bikinis have many adventure filled days and they last for an old age. Xoxo joverco

Happiness is way of life not a destination.

As much as I have adored travelling and relaxing all day, I feel like the sun has brought my creativity out of its shell and now it wants to shine.
I want to read more books, write things like write a novel, blog more and keep a journal and just create beautiful work that will always grow.
I would love to get my drivers license and drive my car and get a Vespa.
With my new licence I want to go on road trips everywhere- Europe, uk, Australia.
Study for my British passport.
Make more youtube videos.
Go back to school somewhere and study.
Room redecorate- get rid of everything I don't need, which is pretty much everything in my room.
Save my money.
Look after my body by working out more.
Take dad along with my on my work outs.
Do the four healthy lifestyle- eat healthy, sleep well, exercise, drink water.
See friends more.
Print photos and create a daily journal.
Practise more photography.
